Creature Comforts Pet Services is always on the lookout for experienced animal lovers who are interested in providing either dog walking, pet visits or Home Boarding for dogs.

All candidates must be able to provide:

At least a 6 month commitment
At least three work or animal related professional references
A police check (Criminal Record Search)

All candidates must be professional and reliable, confident in an emergency situation and have good communication skills.

Requirements for Dog Walkers

Fit, healthy and active
Enjoy walking in all kinds of weather
Available Monday to Friday between 11 am and 3 pm
Have a car
Have dog experience, i.e.; dog ownership, experience with obedience training, work or volunteer experience in any animal care field (pet store, animal shelter, fostering animals)
Experience with special needs animals (medication, etc.)

Requirements for Home Boarding

See Dog Walker requirements above
Must have a dog-friendly and safe home
Must not be working full time out of the home

Requirements for Cat & Pet Sitters

Available 7 days a week from time to time (depending on the assignment)
Have a car
Have cat/other pet experience, i.e.; pet ownership, work or volunteer experience in any animal care field (pet store, animal shelter, fostering animals)
Experience with special needs animals (medication, etc.)
